Whisk equal parts The Olive Leaf infused olive oil + flavored balsamic into a syrupy drizzle, pour over creamy yogurt, and finish with crunchy toppings. Healthy fats meet bright, fruity acidity—breakfast that feels like dessert (without the sugar crash).

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ¾–1 cup French vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp The Olive Leaf infused olive oil
  • 2 tsp The Olive Leaf balsamic vinegar
  • Favorite toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, cacao nibs, coconut, flaky sea salt
Ratio: use equal parts oil and balsamic (start with 2 tsp + 2 tsp; scale to taste).

Directions

  1. Whisk the drizzle. In a small bowl, whisk olive oil and balsamic until glossy and slightly thick.
  2. Assemble. Spoon yogurt into a bowl. Pour the drizzle over top and swirl with a spoon.
  3. Top & enjoy. Add fruit and crunch; finish with a tiny pinch of sea salt to make flavors pop.
