Wake up your taste buds with a bright, not-too-sweet morning sip. Fresh citrus juice + The Olive Leaf White Balsamic + a touch of local honey = a quick hydrating refresher that tastes like a fancy café spritz—without the fuss. Try it still or sparkling.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup fresh citrus juice (orange, grapefruit, or a blend)
  • 1 Tbsp The Olive Leaf flavored white balsamic (see combos below)
  • 1 Tbsp local honey
  • Optional: cold water or sparkling water, ice

Directions

  1. Stir. In a glass, whisk honey with the balsamic until dissolved.
  2. Pour. Add citrus juice and stir again.
  3. Finish. Top with cold water or sparkling (4–8 oz, to taste) and add ice. Sip immediately.

Make a Pitcher (4 servings)

  • 2 cups citrus juice, ¼ cup balsamic, ¼ cup honey. Stir in a pitcher until smooth, then add 2–3 cups cold water or sparkling and plenty of ice.
