Citrus Balsamic Breakfast Refresher

Wake up your taste buds with a bright, not-too-sweet morning sip. Fresh citrus juice + The Olive Leaf White Balsamic + a touch of local honey = a quick hydrating refresher that tastes like a fancy café spritz—without the fuss. Try it still or sparkling.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ cup fresh citrus juice (orange, grapefruit, or a blend)
- 1 Tbsp The Olive Leaf flavored white balsamic (see combos below)
- 1 Tbsp local honey
- Optional: cold water or sparkling water, ice
Favorite combos
- Grapefruit juice + Grapefruit White Balsamic
- Orange juice + Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
- Lime–orange blend + Honey Ginger White Balsamic
- Blood orange juice + Cara Cara Orange Vanilla White Balsamic
Directions
- Stir. In a glass, whisk honey with the balsamic until dissolved.
- Pour. Add citrus juice and stir again.
- Finish. Top with cold water or sparkling (4–8 oz, to taste) and add ice. Sip immediately.
Make a Pitcher (4 servings)
- 2 cups citrus juice, ¼ cup balsamic, ¼ cup honey. Stir in a pitcher until smooth, then add 2–3 cups cold water or sparkling and plenty of ice.
Easy Upgrades
- Add a pinch of sea salt for a subtle electrolyte vibe.
- Tuck in citrus slices or fresh mint.
