We have been partnering with Gen215 for a while to provide you with fresh salad greens, and this is your chance to learn more! Representatives from Gen 215 will be on site and share more information about their regenerative agriculture process and why it creates such delicious nutrient dense greens. They will also share more about their mission to fund The Warehouse and what that means for the community. There will be ample time for Q&A, too, so bring your questions!
Olive Leaf owner, Linda Armes, will also be there to share why a fresh vinaigrette is the perfect delicious and healthy salad dressing for these awesome greens!
Tasting:
As they share, you will enjoy 3 distinct salads created by Chef Adrian with Gen 215, topped with fresh vinaigrettes provided by Olive Leaf!
