Orange–Mango Balsamic Spritzer

Sunny, sparkling, and a little gingery—this citrusy spritz balances Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic with Mango Balsamic for a bright, lightly sweet sip. Make one over ice or scale it up for an easy party punch. Zero-proof option included.
Ingredients (1 drink)
- ¼ cup orange–mango juice
- ¼ cup semi-sweet white wine (Oliver Vignoles or similar)
- ½ cup chilled ginger beer (or ginger ale)
- 3 tsp The Olive Leaf Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
- 3 tsp The Olive Leaf Mango Balsamic
- Ice
- Optional garnish: orange slices, mango spears, fresh mint
Directions
- Build over ice. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add juice and both balsamics; stir to combine.
- Top & finish. Pour in wine and ginger beer. Give a gentle stir and garnish. Sip immediately.
Non-Alcoholic Party Punch (about 12 servings)
- 1 jar (52 oz) orange–mango juice
- 1 (2-liter) ginger ale (Schweppes preferred)
- ½ cup Cara Cara Orange Vanilla Balsamic
- ½ cup Mango Balsamic
Method: Combine in a punch bowl or large pitcher and chill. Float orange slices before serving.
Want it as a wine spritzer punch? Stir in 1 (750 ml) bottle semi-sweet white wine right before serving.
Notes & Easy Tweaks
- Mocktail (single glass): Skip the wine and add extra ginger beer.
- Less sweet: Use a dry ginger beer and squeeze in fresh lime.
- Make-ahead: Mix juice + balsamics up to 2 days ahead; add ginger beer (and wine) just before serving for best fizz.
