Product Description
This week's salad comes straight from a Paris Bistro. I had this on my recent trip and asked for the dressing recipe, which they wouldn't give me! But I have recreated it as closely as I could, and you will love it. Salad includes carrots, tomatoes, sweet corn, red onion, and cornichons, and will be topped with a Creamy Herb Vinaigrette. Linda
p.s. Look at those fresh baguettes in the background! I may have eaten WAY TOO MUCH FOOD on that trip!!

About the greens:
These greens are grown locally in the Gen215 greenhouse, using a Commercial Regenerative Agriculture system. The power greens are grown in water and fertilized by fish. They are beyond organic, and are twice as nutrient dense as traditionally grown greens and use 90% less water than traditional growing methods.
All proceeds from the sale of the greens help to fund The Warehouse community programs.
